The final of the “Créateurs d’idées” competition was held on March 25.
A veritable engine of creativity for young schoolchildren, apprentices and high-school students at all levels in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the aim is to encourage the emergence of innovative ideas, while strengthening links between the education system and the business world.
The competition invites students to imagine an innovative product or service that can be realized within the next five years. Projects must be in one of the following fields: Plastics and composites industry / Textile industry / Transport.
The Group, by the presence of Thierry d’Allard, was a member of the jury.
Two projects won awards in the plastics processing category:
- RESERVDRAINAGE by Collège Charles Peguy in Moulins (water drainage via a capture and redistribution system: natural resource management)
- TRACE-SUR by Lycée Gabriel Fauré in Annecy (crevasse detection system using an ice axe: prevention and safety).
A big well done to our young people for their commitment and creativity!
