Vacuum forming

Thermoforming is a process that leads to warm a polymer sheet. Once soften, use his ductility to shape it on a mold using vaccum.

Once the polymer cools down it keeps that shape.

Our molding capabilities:

9x5x2.5 ft positive or negative over one mm thick, all types of thermoplastic materials such as:

ABS, PMMA, PEHD, PP, PS, PSU, PC, PVC…

Pressure forming

This process is close to vacuum forming, one pressure step is added using compressed air. It results more precise details in molding. This technique brings formed parts to look like injected parts.

Our molding capabilities:

4.5x3x1.9ft positive and negative

The draping

Using heated sheets in an oven, we get the desired shape from a simplified tool. This technology allows large part and grants high level of transparency.
