A thermoformer's mission is to take a plastic material in the form of a plate, heat it to soften it and then take advantage of its deformability to shape it thanks to a mold. The material hardens when it cools and keeps the shape of the mold.

The machinist feeds a thermoformed part into a numerically controlled machine in order to remove material from it so as to give the raw part the desired dimension.

The Assembler performs assembly and/or adjustment operations on thermoformed and/or machined parts, components or mechanical assemblies by riveting, welding and gluing.

Ensures, with the help of lifting equipment, the reception, storage, identification, transport, dispatch and provision of purchased and manufactured products, tools and related accessories without breaking the chain

Ensures monitoring, installation and preventive and corrective troubleshooting of machinery, thermoformers, CNC machines and buildings.

Ensures contract review, receipt and recording of customer orders, manages scheduling to achieve on-time production.

Responsible for providing production with raw materials and components on time, in accordance with the company's requirements and the customer's needs by negotiating with suppliers to improve the group's competitiveness.

Is the interface between the customer and the various departments of the company. Carries out the piloting and the follow-up of the projects by intervening as of the phase of estimate (analysis of the need and technical and tariff proposal) and by ensuring the good progress of the business until the conforming delivery of the parts.

Accompanies and improves the company's performance by developing new processes and optimizing existing ones.
